Chicken with Hot Honey Mayo & Crispy Potatoes 👩🏻🍳 🥔 For the potatoes: • 400 g potatoes • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp garlic powder • a pinch of dried oregano • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp grated parmesan 🍯Hot honey mayo: • 4 tbsp light mayonnaise • 2 tbsp honey • 1 tsp chili paste or chili flakes • a pinch of garlic powder • a pinch of salt and black pepper • a few drops of lemon juice — to balance and enhance the flavor 🍗For the chicken: • 300 g organic chicken breast • 1 tsp quality chicken seasoning • 1 tsp dried onion • 1 tsp sweet paprika • a handful of fresh parsley • 1 tbsp honey • 10 g parmesan • salt to taste Instructions: 1. Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in water. Boil for 4 minutes, drain, and pat dry. 2. Transfer to the air fryer basket and add the seasoning. 3. Cook at 190 °C (375 °F) for 14–18 minutes — shake or toss halfway through. 4. Once cooked, toss with hot honey and sprinkle with parmesan and fresh parsley. 5. Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken into thin, even strips. 6. Mix with the seasoning, honey, and parmesan. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes. 7. Thread the chicken onto skewers or metal sticks. 8. Cook in the air fryer at 190 °C (375 °F) for about 12 minutes, until cooked through. 9. Brush the cooked chicken with hot honey mayo and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
